﹒⪩ Terms of Service ⪨﹒

By commissioning me, you, as the client, agree to my Terms of Service below:This ToS may be subject to changes at any time without notice. Thank you for your continued patronage.

✦ GENERAL TERMS ✦

  • It may take weeks or months to start the commission as the artist is still a student.

  • Each commission will take around 1-8 weeks to finish (or longer depending on the commission).

  • If the client has a deadline, please let the artist know.

  • The artist has the right to decline or cancel a commission request for any reason.

  • Further communication will be done via X(Twitter) DMs or Discord (@korichii_).

  • The artist owns and retains all rights to the original artwork. This includes the right to upload the artwork for their portfolio and on their social media page unless stated otherwise.

  • The client may not copy, trace, edit, or claim the commissioned work as their own.

  • Regular commission that is not a PNGTuber is treated as non-commercial commission. Therefore, it can only be used for non-commercial/non-monetized purposes.

  • The commissioned work may not be used for AI image generators, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or any form of cryptocurrency.

  • The client may reupload the commissioned work in public spaces as long as the artist is properly credited.

✦ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ✦

  • Commercial fees apply to any commissioned work that will be used in stream/live broadcasts, youtube assets, merchandise, any business-related work / original domain websites, and/or any promotional material.

  • Commercial fees may vary depending on what its used for and the business. (minimum: x2 or +100%)

  • Available payment methods: Paypal, VGen, and Ko-Fi.

  • The client must pay 50/50 or full payment after the sketch is approved.

  • Prices may vary depending on complexity. Extra charges may apply if the client's design is overly detailed.

  • Strictly no refunds unless the artist is the one to cancel the commission due to their inability to complete it and a FULL refund will be given.

  • Chargebacks may not be filed under any circumstances.
