Commissions may take weeks or months to begin after a request is made.

If the client has a deadline, it must be stated upfront.

Completion time is typically 2–8 weeks, but may take longer depending on the commission type and current workload.

Delays may occur due to health, school work, or personal circumstances.

Clients will be notified if significant delays happen.

The artist reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission at any time for any reason.

The artist will provide a sketch for approval before requesting payment.

After sketch approval, the client must submit payment (full or 50/50 as agreed); work will not continue until payment is confirmed.

The artist will provide WIP updates after payment.

Minor revisions are allowed during the rendering phase.

The final work will be delivered once full payment has been completed, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

The commission is considered complete upon final delivery.

The artist retains all rights to the original artwork, including the right to post it in portfolios and on social media, unless agreed otherwise.

The client may not copy, trace, edit, or claim the artwork as their own.

Standard commissions are personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

The artwork may not be used for AI training or generation, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related uses.

The client may repost the artwork publicly with proper credit to the artist.

All prices are listed in Euro (€).

Personal use: private, non-profit use (e.g. wallpapers or profile icons).

Monetized use: content that earns revenue on platforms (e.g. streams, videos, clips).

Commercial use: business or promotional use (e.g. merchandise, marketing materials, music videos).

Payments are negotiable. Prices, fees, and payment timelines may be discussed and adjusted by mutual agreement.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, VGen, and Ko‑Fi.

50/50 payment is only available for commissions priced at €60 and above.

Prices may vary based on complexity and the request. Extra charges may apply.

No refunds unless the artist cancels the commission due to inability to complete it, in which case a 50% will be issued.

Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances
